Ahoada East is a Local Government Area of Rivers State, Nigeria, located northwest of Port Harcourt. Its administrative seat is the city of Ahoada, within the Niger Delta region. Towns in the area include Odiabidi, Edeoha, Idoke, Ogbo, Abarikpo, and Ihugbogo.
