Boluwaduro is a Local Government Area in Osun State, Nigeria. Its headquarters is in the town of Otan Aiyegbaju (or Otan for short). The current chairman of the Boluwaduro local government is Bayo Oyekanmi.
History
Boluwaduro was created in October 1996 under the regime of the late General Abacha. Boluwaduro East Local Council Development Area (LCDA) was later created out of Boluwaduro council for administrative convenience, better development planning and to bring government closer to the grassroots.
