Ifedore

Ifedore is a Local Government Area in Ondo State, Nigeria, with its headquarters in the town of Igbara-Oke. Elizade University is located in the area. The area covers 295 square kilometres and had a population of 176,327 at the 2006 census. Farming is a major economic activity in Ifedore, with crops such as yam, plantain and cocoa grown there. The area also has a number of markets where locals trade a range of goods and services, along with public and commercial institutions, hotels, banks and leisure areas.
