Munya is a Local Government Area in Niger State, Nigeria. Its headquarters are in the town of Sarkin Pawa in the north of the area near Kaduna State, and it covers an area of 2,176 square kilometres. The main inhabitants are the Gbari people, with farming as their main occupation.
