About
The Infrastructure Concession Regulatory Commission (ICRC) is an agency of the Federal Government of Nigeria responsible for developing and implementing the Public-Private Partnership (PPP) framework for the provision of infrastructure services. It aims to increase investment in national infrastructure through private sector funding by helping the Federal Government and its ministries, departments and agencies implement PPP procurements. The Commission's mandate includes taking custody of concession agreements, monitoring compliance with their terms, building capacity within federal ministries, departments and agencies for PPP project development and tendering, and developing guidelines for contract compliance. Its governing board is the policy-making body for the Commission.
History

Aminu Diko as Director-General from 2013 to 2017. The late Engr. Chidi K. C. Izuwah served as Director-General from 2018 to 2021, having been in an acting position from 2017 to 2018.
